I don't own Naruto but if I did, Sakura would end up with Kakashi sometime in her 20s, Sasuke would get the therapy he needs way before he leaves the village, Naruto would have been adopted by someone close to his parents, and Kakashi would have also received therapy, along with different missions, instead of being thrown into ANBU.

"Because Sakura was reported to be knocked out in a red headed girls arms just this morning, they tried to catch up to her, but failed."
