Dazai and Chuuya find themselves in a predicament. With little time to process Mori's betrayal, the two boys run to the outskirts of Yokohama city. Working together while soaked in blood, they climb the city's impenetrable barrier in a desperate attempt to survive this ordeal and start a new life. Their new life, now filled with a world of heroes and villains. The two boys now living in this new world under the guardianship of a homeless-looking man and a blond with an annoyingly flashy appearance and loud voice. What will become of these two tragedy-stricken boys and their newfound home? Will they heal from their trauma and become heros? Will their budding romance bear fruit? This is my first fanfiction and my first time writing something publicly like this( sorry if it sucks). This is a fan-fiction cross-mix with Bungo Stray Dogs and My Hero Academia being in the same universe. The characters may not act canonically, In this story, Dazai and Chuuya are both 15 and still in the port mafia. In this world, ability users were prosecuted in society so they had to seal themselves in Yokohama city, allowing no one to enter or leave. While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil. No, that is not my original idea and I got heavy Inspiration from "This Boys Too Young to be Singing the Blues", By Distonail. It's an amazing read, I recommend it. :) Ps. Kouyou grabbed Chuuya by the back of the collar as she began to drag him away, he tried to fight back struggling and reaching towards Dazai as he too was being drug away by Mori. The two were caught meeting in secret at the park near Mori's mansion. "NO STOP LET ME GO!" Chuuya yelled as he struggled against Kouyous grip. "PLEASE! DAZAI!" The boy gave out his last try as tears started falling from his eyes knowing there was no way he would see his lover again. Through his tears he took one last glance at Dazai and saw him mouth, 'we will see each other again, I promise'. After Dostoyevesky's death having Dazai nearly witnessing the death of all of his friends, he finally has an actual change in heart. Despite that, he's plagued with horrid nightmares of everyone dying and all because of him. As always he can't seem to get away from Chuuya either with him being the focal point of every nightmare and it did have an impact on him. Dazai realises he in fact holds strong feelings for the short ginger man. Naturally, of course when one side of double black changes so does the other. All this while trying to deal with 7 missing people and 6 missing families is a lot to juggle.
