Being a hero that saved the world twice is fun. But when you are transported to a world that has people saving the world like it going out of style then there is a problem. 

'Why are we arrested?' I question looking at the cop in front of me.

'You were breaking the law...' he answered sternly.

'I see Superman use his laser vision on baddies  all the time I don't see you arresting him.'

The world is hardly ever what it seems. We have seen our heroes fight monsters, gods, titans, and even the very Earth itself. But, there were rules and procedures to be followed. There were prophecies that defined the path to victory. Now the enemy has no limits, no safeties, no restraints. Or Mortals aren't as blind and powerless as the gods seem to think... This is a completed story in told alternating POVs with Percy, Nico, Jason, and Piper being the main focus. The first several chapters are a bit rough, but my writing improved as it progresses. I will edit the early chapters to better match the quality of the later chapters when I have some spare time. This is not a story you should approach lightly, as there are numerous triggers including, but not limited to: blood, torture, death, and attempted suicide.

Nico di Angelo is now twenty years old, he has lived through a kidnapping and have somehow gotten to love the warm, forgiving son of Hephaestus. Troubles still comes for the pairing for Nico is not yet ready to sacrifice Leo, nor putting him in danger but what happens when Nico's past becomes his present... and what happens when the kidnapping brought more than just scars on Nico's heart? Obs! Strong language is in this fanfiction! And also mentioning of rape cover goes to Viria, my friend who photoshopped it together and google. The characters all belong to Rick Riordian but it's my story.

'Glancing to her left, feeling the seat next to her shifting, Persephone's eyes locked onto the side profile of a boy. Black, curly hair, pointed ears, tongue sticking out in concentration of whatever he was fiddling with in his hands. Feeling her gaze, he turned to her, seeing her awake and grinned. "What makes you so sure someone doesn't already look at you like that?" - Persephone reached for Leo's hand, vision swimming. "It burns." She told him. His façade started to crack. Persephone loved seeing the son of Hephaestus happy, but this was the complete opposite. His expression was crestfallen, eyes pained. He entwined her fingers with his, clutching her hand tightly. A stray tear fell. It will kill you if you keep on fighting to avenge things that have not even happened yet" Nico stared at his father, the rage that had been boiling underneath his skin every second since he had woken up back in November began to break through the surface. He took off his domino mask and tossed it onto the table, making sure that Bruce had to look at his eyes-- the ones that no longer resembled the fourteen year old that Bruce had once asked to join his family.
