On the night of the Feast of Fortuna, both camps went under siege by an army of monsters. Percy and Annabeth must lead a mission to find the missing statue of Nike, or else the goddess's victory would not be on their side. With Leo, in a team of three, they receive a prophecy from Apollo predicting the whereabouts of the statue. After Hera mistakenly leads them to a different era, they find themselves in a place that Annabeth decides is an arena. Teaming up with a girl who calls herself Katniss, the demigods must fight their way out of the arena and find the statue before their camps are destroyed.
