for the times your mind and heart rage against each other, or for the times you feel in love. for the days that that your thoughts weigh you down, and for the days that moving on is harder than it needs to be. for the nights your anxiety is your worst enemy, and for the nights you need something to remind you that being happy or being sad or being angry is okay. for all the things we feel that make no sense, and for the things that make all the sense in the world. for all of us. because we all need something to relate to. this is a messy, out of order reminder that you don't need to have everything together all the time. it's okay to let that facade fall sometimes. it's okay to be painfully, excruciatingly real.

I'm not the best at poems or stories, but I use this as a coping method. It may not make sense to you, but it does to me. - I just made this to write when I'm feeling down, or just extremely sad. Maybe you can relate on some of them. Please note, these can take on serious topics such as suicide/suicidal thoughts and self-harm. Reader discretion is advised. **all images that I may use in chapters go to their respectful owners**
