Erasmus doubles over, an ever increasing pain shooting up every muscle of his body. A numbness begins eating away at his limbs. The blury image of his grandfather cracking a derranged smile only adds to the confusion. As he falls to his knees, his thick eyebrows furrow as he can't help but feel betrayed. Was he poisoned? Gassed? Whatever it was, it was working fast and he was counting away the seconds as they passed by. Tumbling to the cold hard floor sent a jostle of riggid pain through the inner corners of his body. Still, through the haze, he was able to ball his hand into a fist of aching pink skin. If everything was true about him, about his family, and about the prophecy then it was in his blood to never go down without fight. After all, the Aristomache's thrived off of war, didn't they?

**Book Summary: Greece Odyssey** Amid the tranquil coastal village of Elysia, a young fisherman named Leonidas dreams of adventure beyond the shimmering horizon. Fate, however, has designs greater than his dreams. When the muse Calliope descends from Olympus, draped in a cloak woven from the light of the stars, she reveals to Leonidas his role in an age-old prophecy-one that speaks of a mortal who will stand against the turbulent tides of godly strife. Guided by Calliope's celestial wisdom, Leonidas embarks on a treacherous odyssey to secure the blessings of the gods. His journey tests his mettle and resolve as he faces mythical beasts, cunning adversaries, and his own inner demons. Along the way, he crosses paths with the likes of Athena, Hermes, Medusa, Circe, and more, each encounter leaving an indelible mark on his soul. As Leonidas' legend grows, so too does the tumult among the gods of Olympus. Zeus, seated atop the divine pantheon, observes the mortal's progress with a mixture of trepidation and intrigue. In a climactic assembly of the gods, a decision is reached that will forever alter the fate of both realms-a decision that beckons Leonidas toward an ultimate confrontation. Leonidas' quest culminates in a cataclysmic clash of gods and titans, where the threads of fate converge and diverge with every heartbeat. As the young hero confronts his own limits, he must also confront the malevolent deity who has manipulated the very fabric of existence. With courage forged in the crucible of trials, Leonidas rises to a destiny beyond imagination. In a world where the divine and mortal realms intersect, where power and virtue collide, "Echoes of Olympus" weaves an epic tapestry of heroism, sacrifice, and the unbreakable ties between humanity and the gods. As the constellations blaze overhead, the story's echoes resonate through time, a reminder that the echo of one mortal's valor can ripple across the cosmos, forever shaping the world

Hades and Persephone: A Fated Love

"You can have anything you want," He plucked the ripest for me from the tree. "Everything in my world is yours." With all of my mother's warnings, I had been afraid to eat from his table or drink his wine. These were binding things, and I would starve myself thin before Hades and I were tied together by communion. But in the light of this garden, it didn't seem as dangerous as it had in the dark. "I feel your wanting," he murmured and pressed half a pomegranate into my palm. Being in Hades's underworld for so long threatened to consume me. "Please. I shouldn't," I whispered. "Shouldn't," he repeated. "Why, Persephone? Because it is against the rule of the gods?" "No," I breathed. "If I cross this line, I don't know what will become of me." "Let me show you." ................................ πŸ₯‡#1 Kore!!! πŸ₯ˆ#2 in retellings πŸ…#4 in Olympus πŸ…#11 in Persephone
