Some say there is a lost city in the sea, Atlantis. Others say there is another lost city, but this one is not in the sea, nor the sky. This lost city is underground, its origins have been forgotten like them. Until one day an unlikely pair uncovers one of America's oldest secrets.
The day started out like any other, I woke up then went to school. In between classes I dodged bullies and life was good. Then came science, where I was partnered with my ex-best friend, Scott Andrews. Adventure has me on speed dial, but what Scott and I found that day was nothing like we've ever seen before.

The First in the old Series! As the 21st century continues, Mankind is completely unaware of a whole other world that shares the planet with them. A world deliberately concealed for both of their sakes. A world mankind has forgotten. A world of magic. Citizens of this world are at risk of being discovered every second of every day, as our jets, boats, and even undersea cables run through their lands in the middle of the three major oceans spanning our planet. The only luxury protecting them is their long tradition of remaining forgotten by humans beyond their borders, and their magic making that tradition a reality. Mystery At 4,000 Fathoms
I've never believed in fairytales, superstitions or fears of fantasy worlds. It's the year 1871, and yet people still believe in such idiotic stories. My job as a stoker on this ship is just so I can get some money to live on, but when the ship goes down and I'm rescued in a submarine, I'm forced to help an ambitious Jenny Playfair, a woman obsessed with finding the lost city of Atlantis. She's crazy, of course, or at least I believe she is, until she shows me evidence that such a city just might exist. As we dive farther into the deep in a desperate attempt to find something, and someone, I come to wonder: If Atlantis is real, what are we to expect? Is there more to this than we know? And if the person with me being completely true about her intentions on finding this city? It's an adventure I didn't sign up for, but quickly find myself in. But the more I find and learn about the ocean around me, the more I realize fairytales just might be true after all. Disclaimer: I do not own Zombies, Run! or any of the characters in it.
