The city has changed a lot in 20 years, soon after the Y twins were defeated Dr. Zan used the power vacuum t they created in order to create his company Electrodyne, which is dedicated to making inventions that help everybody through Zan's inventions. Electrodyne worked to make the world a better place and turned Wood Oak City into a technical wonderland as Doctor Zan's inventions went worldwide changing everything. But after his death someone, or something is trying to take down Electrodyne and find something that Doctor Zan had hidden before his death, so Axel, Blaze and Adam all prepare themselves to fight once more. This time they have help, with more allies than ever before both old and new they're ready to take on this threat that may be more dangerous than anything they've ever faced.
