For the fae, magic is everything: status, power, wealth, honor. For Vera Reite, a fae born with no magic, it is a shameful reminder that she will never amount to anything. A DnD campaign that I am a member of. The group I'm playing with thought it would be cool if I posted our adventures into this fanfic. Some adventures might be longer than others, some might be rated mature. You guys complained about the whole dice roll thing so I just gave the result of the roll rather than the whole process.

Amberleigh had been recklessly traveling between realms for years (accidentally, of course) unsure of how or why she continually found herself in a world called Erivale. Stuck in a not so great situation in the human realm, she escapes by literally falling into Erivale once again - although this time is different. A mysterious man traveling with a pack of wolves snatches her from the edge of death and claims to know her history. He also wants the bounty on her head. Leave it to the cold-blooded stranger to not so subtly break the news - Amberleigh was an Elf. Of course, it couldn't just stop there; she was an Elven princess. Cue adventures, sword battles, etiquette lessons, and magic. Amberleigh will need all the help she can get to make it through. The world of Erivale isn't as magical as it seems, and a mystery is unfolding - one that threatens Amberleigh's life and the freedoms of those around her. Damsel Knight
Sometimes the best knight is a damsel. In a world where women are seen as weak, defenceless creatures for men to protect and own, one orphan girl wants to be different. She dreams of being a knight. Slaying dragons, taking down armies with her father's sword. Only her foster parents don't agree with her views. On the night of her betrothal to a man over twice her age, the King's soldiers come to their tiny village, and in the chaotic aftermath she's left with a choice. Go back to life she knows and marry a man she despises. Or journey onward and risk death to earn the knighthood she dreams of. The road forward isn't a safe one for a girl travelling with only her foster brother as company. Magic lurks in dark places. Vengeance burrows deep in many equally dark hearts.
