Now it starts differently, the story of Kaiser Rye appears anew.
Clutching onto the remnants of the ever-changing world of Terra, as countries venture into places unknown, the Draco leads a life of infamy with his lovely angel friend and his old, furry companion.

But the arrival of soldiers clad in green tell him of an unknown secret. The secret was said to belong to his bloodline. From then on, an island appears in an oasis...
