In a world filled with supernatural creatures, demi-humans, revenants, Grimm, Lost, demons, devils, angels, quirks, sacred gears, magic, and semblances, there are a few people who are born without any powers at all. This group is usually bullied and downgrade by most of the other races and usually end up with the boring lives while everyone else become heroes of the world.

Robert Cloak is in the group of people who are born powerless in this world of powers. Robert Cloak wants to be a hero, but he is always told by his classmates as well as many heroes that he can't be a hero, but this only made him more determine to prove them wrong. Robert was bullied throughout his schooling years until something happens after his last day at high school. Something that will change the world forever.

Robert unlocks a power that hasn't been seen for hundreds of years. A power that has been feared by every race for generations. What will Robert do with this new power?
