Betrayed and stripped of a majority  of his power by the Valar, Olraun is cursed to wander this new world, now finding it reinhabited by people created at the end of the old world.  Will he bring light to the ashen world, or will his darkness consume him and the realm of Lordran?


This is a sequel to my Middle-Earth fanfiction and I decided I'd see if it could crossover with Dark Souls.  I'm only using DS 1 and DS 3 (with DS 3 being the time period of the story with flashbacks, etc. from DS 1). 
 Some things are obviously going to be different or completely removed due to it being a story not a game.  As usual, feel free to comment and I hope you enjoy the story.Tutti i diritti riservati

The Radiance that swept through the channels of so much of the kingdom, now it's just a nightmare of days of the past. The knight, after his long journey, took his place as the new Hollow Knight, and now he rests in his eternal litigation to contain the rot that lives in his inside. Along. Inside the Temple of the Black Egg. An eternal condemnation from which he could never escape. But if one thing is certain, it is that, unlike meat, light can never be devoured. Now. For those of you who have already finished the game and were drawn by the poetic introduction, there are a few things I want to clarify so that you can understand this story. 1 - This story takes place between the events of the original game and the Hornet prequel. 2 - This story was made before the release of the prequel, so I apologize in advance if something doesn't match the lore in the future. 3 - The ending chosen was in which the knight is sealed with the Radiance inside the temple of the Black Egg and Hornet survives. What the fans call ending #1. 4 - The events of the Soul of Steel mode do not apply 5 - The seeker of gods was never found 6 - Zote was not rescued and died at the start of the game. (I know this seems silly, but believe me when I say that this will be the first link in the butterfly effect that will develop this entire plot) With everything clarified given the large number of possible endings, we begin with the story.
