Donahue Haikoktiu has given up on the gods since he was eight years old. He's become an atheist because of the abusive and dark past he's grown up with and the unanswered questions that he's asked the gods about his origins as a person. To him, miracles would exist if the gods were real, and his prayers and questions would be answered. He's become so used to believing that the gods are fake and being the only atheist in his community that when he is told by a classmate that he is a birth child of the gods, he finds his life suddenly being flipped upside down and full of shock and dreaded surprises that he starts to feel like his life is a joke. On top of that, he is also expected to awaken and embrace the fact that he is a god, as well as a god who has a secret: He is also a part-demon who is expected to awaken as such. When he finds out that he is the top student among his mentor's class solely because of shared blood, he fears the worst. Especially when it's revealed that his birth itself along with his family's past is a curse. A curse to the gods and the other side of his blood that is sure to cause another era of war and chaos. Will Donahue be able to hone his bloodline and his natural-born skills, or will he fail to do so in time, failing the gods and leading to their deaths, and the demise of the human race and fellow gods-in-training?

Broken Faith
What happens when his faith in his heroes finally breaks? What happens when he finally had enough? What happens when he doesn't believe in UA anymore? What happens when he is done giving UA chances to fix the things right in front of them? What if he no longer looks up to All Might? What if his best friend Shouto Todoroki offered his hand to start over somewhere else? This is how Izuku Midoriya finally breaks after the repeated failures of the UA high school and its teachers. They allowed repeated assaults and attempted murder to happen without punishment and never did anything to fix it. Instead, they forced Izuku to partner up with the person that kept hurting him for the final exam where Katsuki Bakugo just hurt him once again. As such, Shouto Todoroki and Izuku Midoriya decided to change their lives. Why stay where the teachers don't care? Why not leave to another hero school? - Note - Endeavor is better in this. After the sports festival, he drastically changed due to the words that Izuku said and saw what he did for his son. He ended up visiting his wife in the mental hospital to talk to her and he came to so many realizations. He apologized to her and promised to do better and have her released from the hospital to return home if she wished or to move into a new home at her desire. This shocked the family and they were willing to hear him out and see his change. Touya Todoroki aka Dabi is an undercover hero for the hero commission in this AU. The family is aware of him being an underground hero. Dabi did it as a form of protest against his father since he wanted him to go into the spotlight but refused and went underground heroics. The family doesn't know his undercover look or name but he does return home often when he can. (He does not have the scars permanently. They are due to a quirk that changes his looks.) Yes, I am Signing About You (TodoBaku)
Katsuki Bakugou was almost completely deaf. He could barely hear his own explosions anymore, but that didn't stop him from trying to become a pro hero. He couldn't wait to prove everyone wrong when they said he couldn't be a hero because of his hearing loss. He manages to pass the UA entrance exams and gets accepted, along with his childhood friend, Midoriya. They're placed in class 1-A with the luck that the home room teacher actually knows asl. The transition from middle school to high school isn't the smoothest. Navigating through high school and the pro hero world is hard for someone with all five senses, let alone someone who couldn't hear. Katsuki stumbles... a lot. When Midoriya catches him staring at the duel haired boy in their class during training, he's quick to tease him for it. They sign quickly, Katsuki's movements for aggressive than normal. They gain the attention of Shoto Todoroki, who in turn, stares back. It was obvious that they were signing about him, but he had no clue what they were saying. Katsuki catches on to the staring and signs at him, even though he can't understand. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Katsuki turns to the taller boy, clearly in a pissed off mood. "Yes, I am signing about you." He signs at him, knowing that he won't understand him anyway. Midoriya's laugh was heard through the training ground as he saw what his friend signed. Shoto looked at him, completely lost. "He says that yes, he is signing about you." He translated. Understanding takes over Shoto's features as Katsuki realizes what Midoriya must have just done. Bakugou woke up, a groan falling out of his throat as a spike of pain zapped up his spine. He cursed, and then almost screamed as he saw the three naked bodies on his bed. Wait a minute.... This wasn't his bed. His eyes darted around as he winced, the headache making him even more irritable. It was horrible, everything was in flames, everything was either destroyed or burned. The corpses of his father, his aunt and his uncle as well as those of his two cousins lied on the ground, lifeless. His lips shook as he wanted to ask for help, but from whom, there was no one else besides him in there. He looked up at the huge creatures that was staring down at him like if they were staring at their prey, maybe he was really their prey. He shook as he let the crystal sword fall down. " It's... Over..." He admitted it then. Although they tried desperately to fight those giant creatures that suddenly attacked them while holding on the smallest ray of hope, they couldn't defeat them. " It's over... Everyone is already dead... Everything is destroyed... We lost..." He kneeled down and accepted his fate. " If we just knew about this earlier..." And he was burned to ash by the flames of the huge lizards... ********** A dark and horrible future was await of them. Through the darkest moment of his dream, he heard a voice calling for help. I Don't Know a Shoto
Thirteen year old Etsu hasn't been given a very good run of life. Stealing chips and jello cups from a hospital just to get some food in her, she doesn't expect to stumble across the room of a five year old Shoto Todoroki. Left recovering alone from a burn scar over his eye and looking terribly sad in his too-big hospital bed, Etsu doesn't expect to spontaneously ask if he wants to come with her, either. Now both on the streets, Etsu's determined to give Shoto the life he deserves. Because if she's going to kidnap an entire child, she's going to commit to it and get him what he needs. No matter how hard it is or how many laws she has to break. After all, she already took him-- anything that comes after is just another cherry on top. Now, if she can just do all that without getting caught, that'd be great. And where do all these other children keep coming from? (Or: Etsu sees Shoto Todoroki in the hospital and thinks he looks very alone. After asking if he wants to come with her, she whisks him away to raise him. It goes a lot better than you'd think. Even if she does get a couple more kids than she bargained for in the end.)
