Everyone suffers no matter how much we think we're alone, there maybe someone out there more disconnected from the rest of the world. When people visit you every single day, it's hard to get lonely. Unless you're a ghost. Actual it gets quite annoying. In fact it's heart breaking when the people you used to love the most look straight through you. It's even worse when they blame you for their broken heart. Because they have no idea I'm dead. It is ok not to be ok. this is my perspective of depression and my thoughts that emerged from this tough time. I was diagnosed with clinical depression and went through some suicidal ideation. one of the roots of depression is loneliness. I decided that writing to be my companion and poured out my ideas, thoughts and experience through writing down. I had no intention to share it, but as time passes It turned out I have my own original experience in depression. I believe that anyone suffering from depression might correlate with this. hopefully -ironically- it will be of use to anybody and to see that you are not alone in this.Complete
