What if Michael had accepted his niece's compassion and let her wipe the tear from his eye? How would it have changed the story? I wouldn't know... This is just my canon! Which is based on that concept so let's go! Since that day, Myung-dae has always been fascinated by the mythical creatures everyone believed to be evil. He couldn't help but question why they would save him if they really were evil? Sunjin was just a child when her father died protecting her and the humans in the woods, but she never resented them for it. In fact, her family has always gotten along with humans and they even managed to live peacefully alongside them.
