The story follows the journey of the young prince Edric, of the beliefs that he had to bury along with his loved ones, of the degradation he had to go through, of the lies that he uttered to stay alive and of the cruel things he had to do in order to reach the pinnacle of all the kingdoms. 

This is the story of Edric, the boy who tried and lost.
