Zia Nakamaru is United forces most wanted and works for ELite, she with her best friend Kai terrorize the Avatar world. But what happens when three new recruits join Zia's organization and start to stir up trouble? Allstar who is airnomand and might not be ready to leave his air bending principles behind him. Pop who Zia immediately bonds with. And Pressure who is just stirring up trouble with the wrong people!
ELite Files takes place around a hundred and thirty years after Legend of Korra. ELite is an organization focused on the strong if you are weak. You do not belong in society and could be killed. If you can defend yourself, you will be safe. If there is a weak bender or nonbender on the throne their lives would be endangered. Of course, the United forces do not agree with ELite's ways and wish to lock up all of their agents.
