In the spirit world, there are angels and demons. Angels are meant to protect the human race, along with preventing nightmare and bad choices. Demons on the other hand do just the opposite, and angels are trained to stop them.
When the devils suddenly start getting out of hand, the angels are overpowered and too weak to do anything. However, prophecy says that a special one with The Ability will come to either save, or demolish spirit word.
