The Warrior Princess
Princess Fauna of Scotland, last daughter of the king and queen of Scotland. Her only wish is to become a warrior like her brothers and sister but her parents are not willing to hear anything that concerns that, all they care about is her future as a princess, so she does what no normal child or even a normal princess would think of doing. She takes her future into her hands, disguised; she goes into the warrior camp without the knowledge of the king and queen.
Dresses, tiaras, high heeled shoes, that's all for a princess, and oh, I forgot, being perfect also. I am not like the rest princesses who fancy royal parties and late afternoon tea, I admit I'm not a perfect princess, but I'm okay. I prefer archery, martial arts, sword fighting, horse-riding, things extremely different from what a princess should do and what a princess should like. I hate parties, I'm not weird, it's just my kind of person. Warriors Academy would have been the right place for me along with my siblings but those are my thoughts and they are not supposed to be heard, so I keep on wondering what my life would turn out to be.

In JOS I set the rogue and con-artist Harric against a foil of warriors in a land threatened by magic and civil war. Whenever possible I turn familiar tropes on their heads: instead of a handsome young Lancelot, I cast a broken-down ex-champion addicted to pain-killing herbs; instead of a dashing Squire Brian, the old knight reluctantly takes an ambitious young woman as squire. Similarly, I re-imagine the standard medieval milieu by infusing aspects of two of my favorite historical periods, Elizabethan England, and The American Frontier. Both eras boast a kind of nationalistic arrogance that borders on hubris, and a magnificent spirit of resourcefulness and re-invention that is fun to play with. COMPLETED BOOK I was trained to be a weapon for the kingdom. I was forced into servitude to the King after my family was ripped from me. She always try hard to get the validation of her family, but no matter how hard she try she was always the excluded one. Half of there ancestor served the kingdom as a royal knights. There ancestors are know as the beast in battlefield, they had always claimed victory in every battles they encounter. She had dream to be a knight in there kingdom and make her ancestor and other family proud, but sadly the role of a women in there family is being a good wife in whoever is destined to be wed by her. But that is the opposite of her desire. In order to fulfill her dreams, she needs to hide her true nature, by wearing a mask, she ought to fool herself and readied herself to dwell in the tainted world of men.
