Soon, Adam becomes more drawn to the flower and begins spending all his time with it and leaving Lilith in the dust. Lilith, who is baffled by this. She tries to find out why Adam is so unique to the flower. Is it because he's been cursed? Or is Adam just using it for comfort?

After she doesn't hear from him for a month and receives a letter from his commander stating he has been kidnapped by Fae she takes matters into her own hands and travels to the island to get him back and comes across Azriel, and the two begin a enemies to lovers relationship. I got inspiration from the new Shadow and Bone (which is a great book and show) Netflix series when I saw the relationship between Nina and Matthias so the story will be similar to theirs. keep in mind I do not own the ACOTAR's world or it's characters same goes for Shadow and bone.
