A young cop, Ellery Carter, is sent to work with a group of other young cops that go into highschools and deal with crimes there. But she starts to fall for one of them, a young man named Tom Hanson. She knows that she shouldn't fall for her partner, but she couldn't help herself. But little does she know, he's falling for her too.
