Hades, the god of the underworld sets his eyes on the goddess of spring. Persephone. Demeter her mother has her hands on Persephone to keep her away from the god of the underworld. Will he succeed in making her his? Or will he suffer under Demeter's harsh ways?
(This is my version of the amazing trilogy; A Touch of Darkness except hades P.O.V and re-written to my liking! Thank you and Enjoy!!)

Hades and Persephone
Persephone has already been kidnapped by Hades, her unwanted and unexpected suitor. Demeter has already cast a famine on all the humans in her grief. Hades struggles to win Persephone over...but perhaps Persephone has always been meant to be with him, and she wasn't an innocent as she was thought she was... "I've told you, Hades, I can not become your mistress." she sadly told him. She had always lived in her mother's shadow, and if she followed Hades, she would once again be living in another's shadow. Even though she loved him, she did not think she could stomach it. "I do not want you to be my mistress, Persephone, I want you to be my queen," he confessed to her. She snapped her head up to meet his eyes, searching for any sign he wanted to take his words back, but there was no remorse. And just like that, she fell ever so slightly more in love with him. "Your queen?" she asked, she had to be sure. Strangely the word had slid off her tongue gracefully as if it had belonged there.
