Anabel and her mom are forced to temporarily move into a hotel after her dad left. While she's suffering from depression, she meets Griffin Sanders whose dad owns the hotel, Sun and Sanders Inn. However, Griffin seems to be hiding something from Anabel, and Anabel is worried about him. All she wants to do is help him, but she's not sure if she can if he doesn't open up.
Note: I am not glamorizing or making schizophrenia, depression, or other mental illnesses 'cute.' This story is cute in the way that two people who feel excluded find each other and help each other with their struggles. I don't want anyone to take this story the wrong way. Thank you!
