Ever since Dani's first day at Red's College, she starts to experience weird things. She's lucky to be surrounded by her high school best friends Ava Silverwolf and Emma Nightmare and her college friend Milly Reese. The challenges she had to face over there is seeing some of her childhood friends whom she isn't friends with anymore. This isn't the biggest challenge she had to face. When she noticed the missing poster of an innocent student, Jake Startling, who turned out to be her old best friend from primary, she gets curious but wants to find out more. She hasn't thought about him since the end of Year 6 as they drifted to different high schools. She becomes determined and concerned. 
At first, her friends feel like it's impossible to find out what really happened to Jake Startling so they disagreed on Dani's idea to investigate.

One day, they were all outdoors and bumped into Ollie Taylors. A childhood friend who Dani used to be mates with. They despised seeing him especially knowing he hangs out with Becky and Hannah, the biggest bitches in the college. Suddenly a storm started on those 5 and they ended up experiencing strange things happening around them that could change their lives forever and ever since then, they agreed to help Dani investigate the disappearance of Jake Startling.
