It started off as friendship, a mutual understanding and maybe a little bit of humoring one another.
He was just a stranger, who listened to me bitch about what an asshole life was, and I the same.
But then I started noticing how kind his eyes were, the gentle smile on his face, the grace he excluded in the way he commanded life. His hand, which once held mine, looked and once felt so warm that I longed to hold it again.
He was just a stranger, who may have crawled his way into my life, but through time he had found a place in my heart, so much so that the near presence of his made me weak, made me ache, made me long for him to be closer.
It started off as humoring one another, and while it grew to more, it wasn't supposed to grow this deep, because now I'm trouble, and I may have just fallen in love with my brother's best friend. .
