'The Castle' is one of the rising hotel in Japan. By the span of four years it is already 3-star hotel and this wouldn't be possible without the leader ship of a very young CEO Miyawaki Sakura. But Sakura isn't taking the full credit of that she always says that 'I couldn't do it without the help of the help of my employee.' Which shows you what kind of a leader Sakura is, she doesn't like the term "Boss" and rather she wants to be recognized as a leader.
