After the departure of the three siblings, the Smiling Critters find themselves involved in a dangerous adventure outside of PlayCare; threatened by the Rejected Critters, who seem to want to finish them off and take over the leadership of the group. Despite the plans, something seems to be wrong with the Smiling Critters; The group is greatly weakened and they do not seem to understand each other. Different problems are making their bonds weaker, almost breaking apart. Will they put their grudges aside and end up defeating the Rejected Critters? Or one misstep may lead to their downfall? (NOTES) -Images are made by me (I'm not the best artist, but I'll try my best!) -This story deals with delicate and unpleasant topics for various audiences, such as strong violence, death and bad words. this is the new one, don't read the one one it's bad. btw pretty much everything is the same except thanks to simon (i'm adding the nightmare critters btw), i made crafty back into a unicorn and I plan to touch on that more. also the story will just be better thought out because I'm not just making it up as I go (what i mean is i was making new plot points without making an effort for them to flow smoothly into the previous ones in the last one, which is something i won't do here since i have a timeline for the story set in my head.) I also wrote out all the unnecessary characters, so now it's just the critters + anyone important to the story (say Godfrey, Elliot, Andy etc.) with all that mumbo jumbo out of the way, i hope you enjoy the new and improved smiling critters story :D

Smiling Critters: A Turn To The Story.
During The Hour Of Joy, DogDay finds himself trapped in a real nightmare; being imprisoned by CatNap and tortured for years. He never knew what became of his friends. He never knew if they really died, as CatNap told him numerous times during his torture, or if they managed to escape his clutches. DogDay believes his destiny is already written; He was going to die there, immersed in the uncertainty and pain of torture, unable to escape that hell where he was placed by the friend he respected the most. Everything will be solved with the arrival of a savior. Some angels who came from heaven and that will change the story we all know. (NOTES) -This story is just an alternate version of the true story. It includes my own theories, too. If there's any disagreement, you can argue it as long as it is respectful. -I do not support any type of ships in this fanfic, since the relationships between the characters are rather different types of friendship, enemies, or maybe platonic feelings.
