Sue, a lowly comp-sci student with no knowledge of Pokémon, must persevere within their world after waking up as a Gardevoir. With the locals and their language completely alien to her, even the refuge she receives feels uncertain.
Local deities invading her dreams and using her as a pawn don't help, either.
As Sue uncovers this world's scarred history, her god-mending task becomes increasingly clear, as does its difficulty. Despite that, and her limited grasp of her own powers, she keeps trying, for her goal remains the same.

Never getting paid enough for her hard work, she depended on sleeping with clients to pay for her Pokémon's hospital bill. She has many friends who protect her and support her, often wanting to help her, but never accepts it and goes along her days needing to get her Pokémon treated. A birthday party for a client had started the sparks of her new life. With the birthday boy, who didn't ask to be in the strip club, things were certainly different between the two. Nothing was sexual, but they understood each other and complimented each other. Red granted her the life she was thriving for and saved her from abuse. She wanted to build up her life again and become stronger, so she went on a journey through Johto to maybe find Red and repay him for everything he did for her. A boy named Flame, who visited the town for unknown reasons, decided to volunteer to support her and make sure she doesn't get into trouble with the gang causing trouble across Sinnoh Flora had to build up her strength and new team to overcome anything that gets in her way. She's eager to get things done quickly, but Flame was there to offer his guidance and protection. Flame is a mysterious stranger who happened to come out of nowhere, but the two felt instantly comfortable in front of one another as soon as they met. There was a connection they couldn't understand, and Flame was determined to keep her away from harm, but at a distance. Secrets will be revealed and memories will be remembered. There are important key elements to discovering a new meaning to what happened to them in their childhood. This involves having to get involved with an evil organization that wants to destroy the world. Happiness will have to wait, since there is willpower that needs to be awaken. Jenna lives with her overbearing (and overprotective) grandfather. Years ago, her parents disappeared without a trace. While walking in the woods one day, she comes across an injured Zorua. After overcoming the shock of being able to understand what Zorua is saying, she takes it to her grandmother for treatment. After Zorua heals, villainous Pokémon attack her grandmother; she tells Jenna to take Zorua and run. Jenna can't go home because of her grandfather's rule about no Pokémon, other than the staff's Pokémon, so she and Zorua hide in the woods. Since Zorua can change its form, Jenna teaches it how to hide in plain sight as a human. As well as how to read and write and use sign language, plus light and Morse code. Jenna quickly learns that Zorua is not from her world but another one where only Pokémon live. Soon, she's reunited with the villain who caused her family's disappearance, and who was behind the attack on her grandmother. Will she run, or get revenge? *FYI: Some of these chapters are long.
