In the bright year of 1918, Luz Noceda works as a slave to a farmer. Having been disguised as a eunuch man her whole life, she had been tossed around in the dirt. But it was better this way anyways...When World War l blows around, her master is quick to enlist her in the army to get rid of her.
At the same time, as World War l comes hitting down, Amity Blight realizes it is a life or death situation. Her father, age 53, with a bad knee, and half-blind is required to take part in the war. Being the good daughter she is, at the ripe age of 17, she enlists herself under her father's name.
Will these two brave souls make it out alive? Or will they go down fighting for some things they wouldn't expect a war to bring up?
There will be trigger warnings at the beginnings of chapters!! It is only violence and gore because it tis' a war!

At 17 years old Luz decided to run from home she manage to go between realms and ended up on the Boiling Isles. When she decides to stay and help Eda, the most wanted witch on the Boiling Isles, her life turns upside down. After a few months, she finally managed to more or less stabilize her life, no matter the outside threats but everything changed as a new foe appeared in her life.
