It is 2009. Nineteen year old Scott Hoying is a normal guy- he's in college, has a boyfriend...and he can time travel. Everything is fun and games until complete strangers burst in on Scott and his boyfriend, Mitch, and during a struggle with Scott, Mitch is fatally shot. In panic, Scott accidentally jumps back to 2007. But it's not like how it always is. He can't get back to the future of 2009.
Desperate to return to 2009 to save Mitch but unable to return to his rightful year, Scott settles into 2007...and meets Mitch all over again. Soon he discovers life isn't what it appears to be; including his father. But it's not long before the people who shot Mitch come looking for Scott in the past. And these "Forevers" will not stop at nothing to either recruit...or kill him. Putting together clues about his father, the "Forevers", and himself, Scott must decide how far he'll go to save Mitch...and possibly the world.

He meets Kevin, a traveler who has been stuck in the loop for years but has never seen another. Realizing there may be more, they set out to find others. Never ending friendships will be made as two new friends set out to find others just like them; t r a p p e d i n t i m e. "Maybe whatever caused that repetition knew that we were all meant to be together. Like somehow, there's this invisible tether holding us together, one that can't be broken. And we were in the repetition just so we met each other, because we were meant to be together every day after that. We're a family," Scott said, "and I'll always run to them."
