Joseph Sakamoto, a 23 year-old psychiatry student moves into his first house with his best childhood friend, Leon Kazukama, a friendly, but overly clumsy and bumbling individual. When they find what seems to be a completely normal deck of Tarot cards... all hell breaks loose. When the cards are dealt at a housewarming party for the new homeowners, them as well as five of their closest friends are met with the unfathomable... developing strange new abilities.

Are these abilities a blessing...? Or could they be a curse...? Joseph and his friends work together to solve the mystery behind the strange deck of Tarot cards, all the while engaging in vigilantism by forming their own superhero team:

Does the Wheel of Fortune spin in their favor? Or will their newfound "powers" pose them as a danger to themselves and others?
