Levels of Stress
Pain. Depression, anxiety, insomnia, panic disorder - it wasn't a lonely feeling, but one that wouldn't hesitate to rip your heart open. I know that personally. It's always been difficult to tell people. I can't tell my friends, my family, and certainly not therapists. That's why I've created a system that I call my 'Levels of Stress' and have saved my 10... that is up until now. ***Warning: contains triggers, graphic violence, and a lot of deep, raw emotions. It has parts of entries from my journal during my worst period, the parts that I never thought about sharing until I realized how I could relate it to others.***Complete
Evolution
There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally. I am putting this out for the whole world to see because I hope everyone will learn from my experience. People can see. We have no excuses to continue living our lives in ignorance. ...WARNING... The Depths of the Heart
All my work is mine, I wrote it so no stealing 😑. Please comment and like it, add it to your library please!! My work is kinda society based off of, it's also deep, and different, straight forward. I have short and long poems. Tatsu - The Threat
People experience pain in their lives. Some need it to live and find pleasure in it, but most run from it, they avoid it. Yet pain catches up to some of them. Just like it caught young Brian and destroyed his soul and consumed it with hate and avarice. Our world is a world of super powers blaming each other, competing to be number one and looking down on the little guys. A world of major religions hating each other yet professing love. A world of racial differences where races are not understanding each other, not appreciating each other. We see our world consumed in hate, ambition and greed throughout history. In all of this we see the threat to the world, the one that we as the people, the human kind, are always facing. Our differences should make us stronger and not divide us. There is an urgent need to stop pointing fingers and start working together. The lying needs to stop and the truth needs to be told. The people of the world should not be manipulated or limited in their vision of life. The new generations are kinder, more considerate, smarter. Equipped to fight the threat. The older generations have the experience, the wisdom. What can stop the peoples of the world. Tatsu - The Threat, is a journey into life itself. A melting pot of cultures, races and spiritualism in 95,000 words. Written for the young and old. It will make you see just how powerful people can be, and also how dangerous they can be. But the good news is, no matter what form or shape it takes - science or spiritual, love will always win. Let us change the world together.
