Ashleigh Burns, a rebellious young adult of 20 wakes up to find herself trapped 200 years into the future and thrown into post-apocalyptic America. Lost and having no knowledge of her past, she must find her way throughout the strange wastelands, and follow the only lead she has: A large mark in the shape of a compass pointing her towards an unknown goal.

Lawrence Winters, a rogue of 22, has been transported into time months before Ashleigh has, already accustomed into The Catalyst: a rebellion formed in order to restore the way America was 100 years ago.What these two don’t know, is that they have a biological bond formed when the two came into the future, and it could be the key that KARMA needs, and that The Catalyst hopes to destroy.
