A wounded man stumbles upon officer Ray Micker and tells him about a strange place where people seem to act as video game npc. Ray finds it hard to believe but after witnessing a lot of missing complaints he along with his assistant Charles follow the map given by the wounded man to reach the fabled place. They soon realize the propaganda taking place behind the fog and the threat it posed for the future of humanity.
