word count: 26,262 (this story takes place over a week, each chapter is a day)

warning: swearing, mention of alcohol, a bit of angst, references of shitty exes and breakups (the dance itself also has a bit of a dark team (death, murder) but it's all just choreo and no actual violence takes place in the story :)) Also I'm no choreographer. I just had an idea and tried to work with it. hopefully, it makes sense.

Story was originally posted (BY ME) on Tumblr (@uglypastels) as a oneshot, but for readability sake I divided it up into smaller chunks and to make it easier to keep track of where one is in the story. This can mean that some of the chapters may be a bit shorter than others.
