Mr. Walter spent almost his entire life saving to start a hotel with a bar. Unfortunately, his hotel didn't get any customers as it is located in the countryside(He thought people would be attracted to the peace and quiet of the countryside.). It was only until he met the SCP Foundation did he find out about the outbreak.
