Oscar Walton has everything a person wants for their life. His father is the influential boss of a huge company and his family has been living in prosperity ever since. But Oscar is unhappy with life, because his father thinks there are better positions for him to be in rather letting him pursue his dream of becoming a doctor. And after a fight with his father, Oscar bolts out of the house, only to be kidnapped not long after.

He is brought onto a cruise called the Nautilus, a ship taking them to a remote island where a survival game will take place. And out of the 500 teenagers, only 3 are allowed to make it out alive.
