(A Ninjago fanfiction based on a fanfiction called The Butterfly Effect written by samseaa (GO CHECK IT OUT IT'S SO GOOOOOOOD!!!). It isn't a straight copy of it but with my character. Instead, considering my character's different backstory and character relations, it is BASED on it/inspired by it and nothing more.)
Sylvia Reviar didn't like the city. It was too noisy for her liking. But the benefits of moving far outweighed the cons. First and most importantly, the Cosmic Cafe, a dream the Reviar family had held fast onto for so long, was finally becoming a reality thanks to their move into the urban area. Sylvia and her siblings, Jack and Lucy, would be enrolled in official schools--Jack into a university--and then they'd be off to chase their occupational dreams.
But then one day, the noise--that of the city and the cafe--the bustling noise went still, and one person stood in the center, the object of everyone's attention and scorn: A cute, awkward-looking boy in a green hoodie. Awed with his presence, Sylvia seeks to befriend him. But, it seems, befriending one Lloyd Garmadon has forced Sylvia to stumble into a world she was less than prepared for.

(fem. reader) My name is Y/n, and I am an orphan. Everyone, even the caretakers and other kids, picked on me at the orphanage. I had no friends, and I was bullied for liking Lego shows, especially Ninjago. I'm school, in the orphanage, almost everywhere I went, I was bullied and beaten. There were even times at the orphange when I wasn't allowed to eat. Ninjago was the only thing that brought me comfort over there. One day, I was about 15, I was walking back to the orphanage after another day of school, but a cry was heard. I saw that a kid was being bullied. The bullies had pushed the kid into the street, right in front of an oncoming car, so I had to act. I pushed the kid out of the way and got hit instead. I woke up in the hospital, tired and exhausted of this miserable life, so I pulled the plug on myself. I thought that was it, until I woke up as a baby, being held by, this can't be right, Misako from Ninjago, and Garmadon as well. They called me their daughter, their little Y/n. That's when I realized... I was the f-ing green ninja.

Y/n's life gets turned upside down (again) when Wu begins to gather the holders of the Golden Weapons. Y/n has been so used to just her and Wu, and she was happy with everything being like that. But now there is a mission that she is accompanying four boys to, and now she has a power that Wu never told her about. Things will never go back to normal. She has to adapt to life now that there are four teen boys as her so-called teammates. But, eventually, things start becoming normal. This starts to become her life, and she begins to grow on her newfound teammates/maybe-friends. Until things start to change. Again. Dreams, dreams, dreams. Endless, sleepless nights full of disturbing dreams, supposedly caused by her Element. She has just begun to slowly navigate friendships, and yet fate and destiny seem to be teaming up against her. It's nowhere near the same as it was before... but as the new people grow on her, she does suppose it's not that bad. ~~☆~~ Yellow sparks swirl around me as I speed to the boys' tornados. I am halfway across the platform from their combining tornados when I stop and stare at the thing in front of me. 𝘉𝘶𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘭𝘺. There is a vague yellow butterfly in the midst of my Spinjitzu. But it isn't a real butterfly, no, it's one that looks to be made of golden mist, of trickery. And yet, here it is. Gently flying around my tornado as if it were a happy day in the sun. This is a Ninjago Fanfic and I want to have fun with this one. This will also probably stay in Kai's and My OC's POV for majority This also takes place after Seabound. And if I don't finish it by Crystallized I'll change the ending to make sense to that season. Also this is not an OC Kai love story. It is us also complete but I'm not posting the chapters all at once. A few months after Nya's departure Kai had not been the same. (fem. reader) Lloyd was only 5 when he was sent to Darkly's, and his baby sister was only a few months old, so he barely remembered her. When Lloyd reunites with Misako, his mother. Misako told him that he had a little sister named Y/n. Hearing this, Lloyd wanted to find her, and the other ninja helped him. They searched through orphanage after orphanage in Ninjago until they pass by a school yard of kids playing and hear the name Y/n. Then they saw a little girl getting bullied, so they rushed in and helped her. Once they helped her, they had obtained a strand of her hair and got it tested. It was a 100% match, so they immediately went to find her. Y/n was only 5, but she was a huge fan of the ninja. Her favorite was the Green Ninja. She was always bullied, especially in the orphanage. Her only friend was Harumi, until she got adopted, but they still write to each other. One day, Y/n went to school, got bullied, and the ninja saved her. Then she went to the orphanage, and no surprise there, she got bullied again, but the ninja jumped in and saved her again, and they shut that orphanage down. The ninja took Y/n with them, and the green ninja came up to her, explaining that he was her big brother. Y/n instantly got excited and learned she was also the elemental master of darkness while adjusting to her new life with the threat of the Overlord's return. But she had her family, her ninja family.
