Rachel Collins is a party girl who doesn't follow the rules. She is accustomed to doing whatever she wants, whenever she wants. For the past 7 months she has lived in a swanky beach house in Orange county, California. However, it all changes when she crashes her dad's prized Ferrari during a street race and is forced to move back to Washington DC and live with him and his new fiancee. Previously an only child, she now has three new step brothers who go to the same school as her. They are football stars and basically worshipped by the entire school, but Rachel doesn't care about her social status or making friends. She dreads coming face to face with the reason she moved across the country, to California in the first place, Connor and Claire, her ex-boyfriend and ex-best friend. Rachel is a junior at Jackson high school and has one hell of a year ahead of her.
