Rylee may ark lived with her dad for as long as she can remember. she only had to drag him to bed two or three times and he only sometimes hit her. DCS viewed this as bad though and her mom won custody of her. So Rylee is forced to move to outer banks. Rylee has never been the best kid. But little does she know that once she moves back she has to become the perfect kid again. mistakes just aren't exceptable. What happens when Rylee goes against everything her mom wants and becomes a pogue. and also falls hopelessly in love with JJ maybank. but are the bumps along the way just too much. can she really pull herself out of this hole this time.
