Sokka screamed impatiently, "That's not the point guys!" "It's not?" Raiu tilted his head to one side. "How could you Raiu! You're fraternising with the enemy!" Sokka exclaimed fervently with his fingers ripping through his hair. ★ Leaving the haven of the Northen Water Tribe, Raiu embarks on the journey alongside the Gaang, having been promised lush landscapes and exciting battles and saving the world. But what he hadn't factored in was the Fire Nation's Prince hot on their tail, and more specifically his ass.

Heimat: a place that you can call home; a sense of belongingness, acceptance, safety and connection to homeland A decade has passed after the final battle between the Avatar and the Fire Nation, a decade after the defeat of their Fire Lord. It is a time of prosperity for most, but the crimes commited during the war couldn't be reversed. Benders were taken away from their families, people were slaughtered, their belongings, homes and land taken away. This, had been the instance when it came to the northwest part of the Earth Kingdom, that had went on to become the Fire Nation colonies. The people of the Fire Nation and the Earth Kingdom lived on in the land that was given to them and gradually, they became one. They collaborated and cooperated in order to live and so they got richer, learnt to depend on each other for their survival. By the end of the war, the people, even though they came from different backgrounds, were one. A decade after the end of the war, the Avatar is commanded to solve the matter of whether the former Fire Nation citizens need to move or not. Aang believes the nations need to be separated. The people in the colonies do not, hatred starts to grow in their hearts. The Avarar will need the help of a companion more than any other time, and there is no better person to aid him than the secret waterbender that's part of the Fire Nation fleet, the woman who risked her own life to get him to safety, even though this had been the first time they had met in their lives. NOTE: Any characters that do not appear in Avatar: The Last Airbender belong to me. The atla universe belongs to the creators.

"No." "Well you act like it." "And who wouldn't?" The young water bender raised her eyebrows. "Who wouldn't hate somebody that wanted to burn down whole villages, temple and cities? I really wonder if your honour is worth so many lives... Or are just human lives that weren't born in the Fire Nation, not worth it?" Katara was heat and cold as their bodies huddled desperately together, nothing would stand between them. Nothing in the damned world, until they felt to be one, a single being of movement, longing and love. This moment was theirs, their eternity. "You're going to break my heart, aren't you?" "He wouldn't have," he said, knowing that he was probably being arrogant but not caring. "He couldn't even bend." "So you stood up for me because you didn't want me to die?" "Well, we've had that conversation before. I promise that I really don't want you dead." "I didn't believe you the first time," she said, and he looked at her again. ~ Childhood best friends to strangers to enemies to lovers ~ Yah Ik. ☯ As Mai's younger sister, Virra often fell victim to the cruel games and tricks of Azula, Mai and Ty Lee growing up. So an alliance with Azula's older brother Zuko seems completely logical. With the years, Zuko and Virra became best friends, they were extremely close and spending all of their time together, right up until the moment Zuko was banished. It is an understatement to say that things ended on 'bad terms' so, when Virra sees Zuko for the first time in five years since he left, things don't go exactly to plan. Virra, a non-bender who is not only good at but enjoys holding grudges tries to find her way after she is left behind by Mai to join Azula's 'elite squad'. She needs to find her place in this story and plans to make good by joining team avatar to redeem herself from the horrible family and nation she comes from.
