Under the guidance of Suki, their mentor, they learn what it means to serve Father and the souls of Paradise. They train together, discovering powers they barely understand. They explore rooms crafted specifically for them by Star, Father's daughter. They begin to find their place in the celestial hierarchy.
But they can't stop asking questions. Why doesn't Suki teach them how Paradise began? Who were the angels who served before them? What happened to the previous archangels?
The more they search for answers, the more they are drawn into their investigations. What they discover will force them to make an impossible choice: remain loyal to the god who created them, or stand against everything they were made to be.
