Lacking - better yet, battling - resembles her of a somewhat dark and deep hole. Niall's dad is the person to find Haven and save her, but none of Haven family are around for her to go back to. Not only that, Haven can't do anything for herself. After a terrible day of school a trip to the grocery store becomes violent. She watches the death of a man, all of his blood drained out of his pale body by four tall dangerous men. The men kidnap her, but one sticks out of all of them. She soon falls in love but he wants their love to immortal. One of the men knows she is special, Sage is shattered, will one of them be able to pick up the pieces and put her back together but in a twisted way?
