My breath hitched a moment when everything suddenly turned upside down. He's my best friend, and for as long as I knew him he hardly did anything to hurt me. Then again, what about the others? Tom would no doubt disown me even though he posed as a brother figure to me. Edd's and Matt's reactions would definitely reflect Tom's.
