Part Three of the "No Tricks" Trilogy.
Four of the Infinity Stones have been destroyed. Thanos' plan for mass genocide has been thwarted. You and Bucky are back stateside with Steve, Natasha, Wanda, Pietro, and Sam residing in Avengers Tower until your presidential pardons have been sorted. You are hopeful that the new life you and Bucky will soon greet will pave the way to healing from the trauma of your battle with Thanos and his forces...For now, an uneasy peace has fallen over the universe, but who knows how long it will last.

This story is not basd in the marvel universe but it is my take on their characters and relationships outside of it, i hope you enjoy A famous singer stuck in an abusive relationship and all she thinks she needs is a friend. At first it doesnt seem like she will get even that when Bucky Barnes seems to hate her guts. But when all her secrets are revealed, will it drive him further away or lure him closer? Y/n needs help but doesn't know how to ask for it, does Bucky know how to give it? Tony (Iron Man) resents having to share his tower with a psychopath. Bruce (Hulk) did not fly away to Sakar. He's brooding away in his own private wing. Scott (Antman) is under house arrest... at the tower. Wanda (Scarlet Witch) is still mourning her brother while nurturing a still very naive Vision. (Neither are living in the tower. Will only play small, fleeting parts in this story.) Dr Strange refuses to move into the tower. After all, it is more important to keep up with his work at the Sanctum. Peter (Spiderman) is spending his summer at the Tower, much to the dismay of Aunt May, who knows how dangerous this is, but does not know Loki has returned. Sam (Falcon) will follow Cap to the ends of the earth, but refuses to jump off the proverbial bridge just because Cap's doing it. Bucky (Winter Soldier) is trying to atone for his past misdeeds, while learning what exactly they were, but is living in Wakanda with T-challa (Black Panther) so neither will be playing a large role in this story.
