Wishing on a Dying Star

As a villain, techno accepted the cold fact that he could only trust and love his twin brother and their father. It's all he needed in life and it was simple.
But when Make-A-Wish called, he was forced to visit his apparent number one fan, a sick child named Tommy.
Was Tommy going to destroy the tall castle walls of Techno's heart? Could Techno accept that just maybe somebody else loved him despite his bloody hands and cold throne.
