The Hero's Death

Everyone has always loved Percy Jackson. But when he's found almost dead in the woods shortly after Gaea's defeat, who will help him? Can he be saved? And most importantly, how did he end up that way?

(I got this idea after watching a youtube video called 'percy's death' but it's not based on that idea entirely. I watched the video and then got the idea for this story. Also I am in need of a good cover. )
