There were very few moments which had ever surprised The Mother of Dragons and the one which followed was one of them. She watched with awaited breath as the man charged at his rivals with a fierce scream. He plunged his sword into one and easily sliced another's guts. He worked methodically, slicing and hacking into the men who charged at him. His sword glinted red as he landed it on another and beheaded him. But the wild people he was fighting against had no honour in fighting as they plunged a spear to his leg from the back making him falter. Daenerys felt her heart on her throat when she saw him fall to his knees with at least twenty still advancing on him. That's when she decided to intervene but when she tried to put one foot after the next, her feet felt like lead. The snow buried her legs deep and moving forward was a task she couldn't complete. She felt her throat clogging up; this was a person whose death she could not watch but the death blow never came.

She takes a step closer, the voice becoming a pulsing within her mind. It is as if she is in a trance as she steps again and again until the tree is inches from her; she falls to her knees before it, lifting her hand in front of her. Her fingertips connect with the bark and her eyes widen as she is ripped away from the world. Before her stands a field littered with the dead dragons of House Targaryen, Daenys looks to it in horror as the flames of Vhagar blind her from above; the great beast circling in the sky with Caraxes. The scene disappears, only to be replaced by a boy with the silver hair of her house, his skin scarred and leaving him confined to a wooden chair. Behind him sits Rhaenyra on the Iron Throne, her bloodied womb staining her beautiful gown. Daenys turns around within the throne room to see Daemon stood before her, Dark Sister held tight in his grip. "Daemon?" Daenys calls out, walking closer to him. He is covered in blood, whether it is his own or that of another she does not know. He does not answer as she places a hand on his cheek, only stares deeply into her eyes; there is great sadness in his own before he slowly turns to dust within her fingers. "You have discovered it at last." A voice says from behind, Daenys turns to see sweet Helaena stood behind her. Daenys looks to her in confusion, she sinks to her knees and takes the young princess's hands in her own. "Discovered what?" Daenys begs, watching the young girl closely. A small smile passes over her face; the most clarity in her eyes that Daenys has ever seen. "Who you are." The vision is suddenly torn away, Daenys is once again stood facing away from the Godswood as Daemon runs into the cave, looking to her in fear. "Daenys?" He asks, concern slick in his voice, as the princess collapses upon the ground.

So she needed to be careful with how she played the Game of Thrones knowing every steps can be the cause of her death. "I'm afraid." Jaime spoke. Layarah furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. Jaime looked at her facial expression and sighed. He wanted her to understand that the Jaime who she was married to was gone, he wasn't that man anymore. The man who she fought for when he was gone, the man who she craved, the man who she loved. He was gone. "Afraid of what?" Layarah asked softly. She placed her palm on Jaime's cheek caressing it. Jaime looked down to the ground embarrassed. He wanted to please her and so much more but he just couldn't. "You'd realize you loved me more with my hand." Layarah stared blankly at her husband. She never could stop loving him even if she tried. He was the love of her life, even if she didn't realize it yet. Layarah let out a laugh.
