Only because spirits go into our body's to protect themselves and us.
But crystal is different something the leader of an element school and a evil villain have notice.
Some people seem familiar to her for a unknown reason but she'll find out soon enough.
The only family she has left is her sister but having family can be dangerous.
And if you keep reading you'll see This book has romance, some comedy, action, adventure, blood, and deaths.

In the towns and cities are schools but one school by the name of Phandome Academy sits a little ways near Horn Castile any one would be very lucky to get an invite from that school, and I just happen to be one of them." Flow was an ordinary Water Spark she had an ordinary family and life but all that changed when she got a invite to Phandome Academy, there she learns skills and makes friends, sooner a rumor starts going around about a quest, Flow goes on that quest dragging her friends along. Meet Winter Valentine. She knows what she is and she knows it must be kept as a secret. The elders of the Academy keep a close eye on her.
