Tommy got exiled. His best friend gave him up and put his biggest enemy in charge of him. Tommy hates Tubbo more and more everyday and eventually starts plotting a revenge.
The only one there is Dream who now treats Tommy like a friend. He starts to trust the masked man but he only sees a weapon in the lonely boy. 
Together, they make a city where no one would get pu into prison, get exiled or executed. Where there wouldn't be any wars. Protected from the water of the ocean, the hidden city of Mizu grows into the most powerful kingdom of the whole SMP.

Tommy smiles as he watches Ghostbur fly away. Tommy goes to live in the Nether with the lava that he loves and no one knows where he went, not even Dream.
